Do you guys clean the boxes?

All boxes are wiped after each rental with a cleaning solution that will kill all bacteria. 

Any heavily soiled boxes from previous rental will be thoroughly cleaned inside and out of any substance.

Do you take a security deposit?

Yes we do, to secure our rental booking we will ask for a deposit detailed in the quote for the rental boxes. This ensures proper use, safe return, and covers any extra fees (outlined below under Extra Fees). Depsoit amount is based on each rental agreement and is returned to you within 7 business days of rental completion.

How long can I rent the boxes for?

As long as you need!
We are a business that focuses on helping people move and short term rentals (4 weeks or less) but please don't hesitate to ask if you need them for longer.

How do your rental boxes compare to using cardboard boxes?

What Extra Fees do you have?

Although we don't wish to impose any fees above the price quoted to you there are some fees we must charge to provide the best service to all of our clients.

  • Dirty Rental Boxes - A fee of $2 per box will be charged if dirty when it is picked up from your location. This fee covers the extra cleaning to remove soiled boxes.

  • Stickers - A fee of $2 per box will be charged if a box has the removable sticker left on it.

  • Damaged/Broken - A fee of $30 per box will be charged if box is returned broken or damaged during your use. This fee is at our complete discretion and understand the difference between wear and tear and abuse.

  • Delivery over 25km - A fee of $.75 per km each way will be charged over the base 25km delivery radius. If we are already in the area then we may wave this fee at our discretion.

Do you offer Free Estimates and Quotes?

What is your Delivery and Pick-up process

During the booking process you will provide your deliver and pick-up address, as well as the dates for your rental.

Within the week before your rental begins we will reach out to you and agree upon a time to deliver your rental boxes as well as get some insight to how we can best help, such as, dropping them in your garage, your patio, front hallway, shed. For clients over 70 years old or who are physically disabled we may be able to help further by placing stacks throughout your home.

Can I order a rental for a loved one?

Yes you can! You can certainly do your part to help and order rental boxes for family or friends.

We will need the full contact of the party receiving the rental though to confirm details and authenticity.

What is your Delivery and Pick-up process?

Do you offer a Guarantee?

We guarantee to provide clean, in good working order rental boxes at an agreed upon time, place and duration of your choosing.

Customer service is of utmost importance to us and our goal is to make you a happy customer that will refer us to friends and family.

How do you charge for rentals?

Upon confirming your rental booking and sending you your invoice detailing all of your booking info we will request a payment made by eTransfer to our account to secure your booking. Until your payment is made the booking is not reserved.

Using eTransfer keeps everyone safe, a trusted platform used which is secure and resists fraudulent activity for both the consumer and business. Transfers are traceable and easy to complete.

You'll also notice all of our rentals do not include HST, why? Because we are classified as a "small supplier" and do not need to charge HST, so we don't. This saves you 13% of course, what a great deal!
